Nutri Relish Dosa

A healthy and delicious dosa made using Nutri Relish flour, perfect for breakfast or a wholesome meal.

Ingredients

  • Soaked Black Gram (Urad Dal) – ½ cup
  • Nutri Relish Flour – 1 cup (with salt)
  • Boiled Water – 2 cups

Preparation

  1. Grind soaked black gram with ½ cup of boiled water and salt to form a smooth paste.
  2. Mix the paste with Nutri Relish flour and remaining boiled water until well combined.
  3. Allow the batter to ferment for 1 hour.
  4. Pour batter on a heated pan and cook both sides until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or vegetable stew.
