Nutri Relish Dosa
A healthy and delicious dosa made using Nutri Relish flour, perfect for breakfast or a wholesome meal.
Ingredients
- Soaked Black Gram (Urad Dal) – ½ cup
- Nutri Relish Flour – 1 cup (with salt)
- Boiled Water – 2 cups
Preparation
- Grind soaked black gram with ½ cup of boiled water and salt to form a smooth paste.
- Mix the paste with Nutri Relish flour and remaining boiled water until well combined.
- Allow the batter to ferment for 1 hour.
- Pour batter on a heated pan and cook both sides until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or vegetable stew.
